How to Pay Your Bill Online

With a Plumbers' Supply Co. eCommerce account, not only are you able to check pricing & inventory, purchase products, and view your order history - Â you can also pay your bills online! Our integration with BillTrust software makes for a seamless experience where you can get your work done all in one place. If you'd like to reap these benefits and do not yet have an eCommerce account, please click the "Request Account" button below. If you do currently have an eCommerce account and need access to BillTrust, please click the "BillTrust Access" button below. Alternatively, if you simply need to make a one-time payment, you can do that as well.

Steps to Access
Step 1.
Sign in to your Plumbers' Supply Account.
Step 2.
Click the Payment Portal link.
Step 3.
You're now on the BillTrust dashboard and can manage your invoices.Â
From here, you also are able to go into your settings and set up a payment method, whether that be a bank account or a credit card.
Step 4.
Once you have added a payment method you can navigate to the invoices page, check off any invoices that you would like to pay, and then click "Pay Invoices".
This gives you the option to pay multiple invoices at once, or to pay a specific invoice.
You can also click "Pay On Account" which allows you to type in any dollar amount you want. If you choose this option, please email your remittance information to [email protected], otherwise, the payment will be applied to the oldest invoices.
From there, you will be able to submit your payment. You'll input billing information, select a saved payment method and you're good to go! Your payment will process in 24 - 48 hours.
