Job List Changes

ALL NEW Job Lists!

Introducing the new Job List system. Job Lists takes the functionality of our old My Lists and Saved Orders systems, and combines them. All your existing Saved Orders and Lists have been converted to Job Lists. Now you'll be able to save product lists of all types in one convenient feature. You can also set up recurring or individual reminders for these lists, helping you to keep on top of orders.

There are three types of job lists each with their own use cases:

Saved: A list of products that is permanently saved to your account, allowing unlimited uses. This is handy when you have certain products that you use commonly on installs i.e. a 40 gallon gas water heater with ProPress fittings. You can also use this for commonly reordered products that you keep stock of on your truck or in your shop.

Single Use: A list of products that is temporarily saved to your account. It will be deleted after it is added to the cart once. This is handy for quoting your customers. You can set up a list of materials and when your customer decides to move forward with the work, revisit this list and convert it to an order with a couple clicks. The price displayed is always current, so there aren’t any surprises for your customer when it comes time to pay.
